Whether you choose paint correction prior to ceramic coating is completely up to you. Some detailers will say it is essential, however the part that is essential is applying the ceramic coating to a surface that is meticulously clean and decontaminated. The coating item must only be applied to your vehicle by an authorised detailing shop and your warranty card is proof of a genuine Fireball Coating, you will be required to produce the card and a copy of the original invoice given to you at the time of coating as proof of purchase.

If you experience any problems you are advised to return to the authorised detailing shop who applied the coating. It is recommended that your vehicle is washed at least once every month with a wax safe PH neutral shampoo and advisable a coating wax is applied following washing in order to maintain the very best performance from your coating.

Maintenance service kits can be purchased from the detailing shop that applied this coating. For customers who do not have time to maintain their cars or would prefer to leave this to the experts, our team of detailer’s offer a range of aftercare packages.

Please ensure the vehicle is washed by hand only with appropriate car washing solutions. (Car wash machines and the chemicals used in these will break down all coatings rapidly). Compounding, using Alkaline or Acidic chemicals must be avoided, bird/bat droppings are corrosive and should be washed away as soon as sighted.

Please note warranties are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser on the warranty card. To uphold the warranty you must visit the authorised detailing shop every 12 month so they can inspect and advise on the maintenance of your car. This inspection is free of charge and can be arranged at a time convenient to you. If any damage or fault is found due to failure the authorised detailing shop will repair and clean (as an option) and retreat the area free of charge.

You have a duty of care for your vehicle and this coating cannot protect your car against everything, neglecting to maintain the coating will void the warranty. Warranty exclusions: In the event of damage to the factory painted surface of your car caused by collision, accident, vandalism or abuse.

The vehicle can be taken to the authorised detailing shop for re-treatment of the damaged areas at the owners or insurers expense. You must present your warranty card prior to the vehicle being re-treated. This warranty does not cover stone chipping, surface rust, marring, abnormal chemical fallout or spillage, untreated panel repair or replacement, scratching, abrasions, manufacturers imperfections or paint imperfections such as paint flaking, peeling, foreign matter in paint, orange peel or clear coat separation.

Warranty Procedure: If damage occurs during the warranty period and the owners considers the warranty applicable, the following procedure should be followed. A, Immediately notify the authorised detailing shop who installed the coating B, They will arrange to asses the vehicle during business hours C, If there is a valid warranty claim, they will arrange a mutually convenient time for repair and treatment of the damage or fault D, Failure to lodge the claim within 30 days of the problem being apparent will absolve Fireball of any legal responsibilities

The warranty shall not be applicable in the case of: Damage by collision, acts of vandalism and burns of any description Treated surface coming into contact with dyes and paints Staining or discolouration or any other defect as a result of faulty manufacture The treated areas are altered in anyway, removed and or over coated by different branded products.
